Are you organized, people-oriented, and skilled in HR and basic accounting? We’re hiring a part-time HR & Accounts person to help us manage our growing team and keep our operations running smoothly!
Role: Part-Time HR & Accounts
Hours: 4 hours/day, Friday off
Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule employee shifts
• Develop and maintain a staff handbook
• Address and resolve employee concerns
• Organize and maintain HR files
• Assist with bookkeeping and finance management
Qualifications:
• Experience in HR or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Friendly and organized, with excellent communication skills
