Job Purpose
Ensure that guests/customers receive prompt attention and service from crew members when they enter the restaurant.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the service crew members.
Greet the guests once they enter in outlet and explain the menu, promotions, and products.
Answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations upon request.
Take the customer orders and make smart suggestions
Monitor the Order delivery time and update your customer accordingly.
Follow the direction of the supervisor and managers and accordingly guide your subordinates.
Assist the supervisor/Manager in preparing the weekly work schedule.
Assemble meals on a tray and offer the tray to the customers.
Follow the Cash Procedures mentioned as follow:
Always announce the Total bill Amount.
Announce the bill received from the customer.
Count and hand over the change to the customer.
Keep the notes face down in the cash drawer.
Achieve set objectives and Targets.
Assist customers with special needs ie. Ladies, kids, customers with heavy bags, etc.
Suggest ideas to improve business and service.
Contribute towards cost controls.
Handle customer complaints.
Keep up with the brand image at all times.
Assist you supervisor for stock/ inventory checking.
