Job Description

Multi Branch Café Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple café locations. This individual will be required to manage staff, ensure high levels of customer service, and drive sales and profitability across all branches. The role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies, managing inventory, and maintaining a consistent standard of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising staff across all café branches. Ensuring that each team is adequately staffed and has the necessary training to deliver exceptional customer service.
Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all branches.
Customer Service: Implementing and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and grow the customer base.
Financial Management: Monitoring and managing financial aspects of the café operations, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
Quality Control: Ensuring that all café branches maintain consistent standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Problem Solving: Addressing any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in café or restaurant management, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Proficient in using restaurant management software or POS systems.
