Production Designer (Draftsman)

About us:
We are a custom woodworking company creating projects and OEM components in support of our customers. We work primarily in solid wood & Aluminium but utilize veneers when applicable. Our business is growing, and we need enthusiastic team members to help support our mission.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
1. Collaborate with sales and production teams to translate conceptual and existing designs into precise, accurate and comprehensive digital models within a SketchUp environment.
• Develop technical drawings, plans and elevations of 3D or 2D SketchUp models based upon design principals and specifications using SketchUp Layout.
• Review and revise models or drawings as necessary.
• Work within a team environment to resolve design issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design and technical drawing process and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: Based on Experience.
