Accountant - Real Estate

We are seeking a male accountant with the following qualifications:

 Proficient in the entire accounting process, including bookkeeping and finalization.
 Strong knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software is required.
 Experience with general accounting operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable,
general ledger, journal entries, accrual accounting, payroll, depreciation, inventory
management, and reconciliation.
 Proficient in all VAT operations and requirements.
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
 Create trial balance, profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, and other reports.
 Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
 Bank Reconciliation
 Payroll Processing & Entries
 Assist auditors by reviewing and organizing general ledger accounts and delivering information to auditors.
