Electrician - Plumber With ELV Knowledge

A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled and versatile Electrician-Plumber with ELV knowledge to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems, and be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues.
Job Description:

• Electrical Maintenance:
o Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults and wiring.
o Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical fixtures and equipment.
o Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Plumbing Maintenance:
o Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs.
o Maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures and appliances.
o Ensuring proper water flow and drainage.
• ELV Maintenance:
o Maintaining and troubleshooting low-voltage systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarm).
o Installing and configuring ELV equipment.
• General Maintenance:
o Performing general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and cleaning.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in MEP or relevant certificates
• 3-5 years experience in electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems in building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
