Job Description

A leading Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks employ SEO/ SEM Specialists
Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and user intent.
• Optimize website content for search engines (on-page SEO) through keyword integration, meta descriptions, and title tags.
• Develop and implement a link-building strategy to improve website authority and ranking.
• Monitor website performance through analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console) and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
• Work with web developers to ensure website technical SEO is optimized for search engines.
• Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that engages users and attracts backlinks.
• Track and report on SEO performance metrics (e.g., organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions).
SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns on search engines like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop and manage targeted keyword lists for PPC campaigns.
• Craft compelling ad copy to attract clicks and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns for performance and budget efficiency.
• Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and maximize ROI (Return On Investment).
• Stay informed about the latest PPC best practices and campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum [Number] years of experience in SEO/SEM or a related digital marketing role.
• Proven track record of success in increasing website traffic, leads, and conversions through SEO and SEM strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Expertise in PPC campaign management platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication and written skills to create compelling ad copy and reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
