Job Title: Client Service Executive

Job Summary: As a Client Service Executive, you will be our clients’ first point of contact, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and jobs
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client concerns as necessary.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bahrain Driving licence
