Supervisor - Solar/Renewable Energy

We are looking for a Solar Supervisor to join our team of professionals.

Job requirements:

- Good Communication Skills
- Diploma in electrical or any related field
- 8+ years of experience in the related field
- Ability to supervise and direct team
- Leadership skills
- Writing & Computer Skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervises and assigns the work of employees (Technicians).
- Communicates regularly with all technicians concerning issues.
- Inspects work for completeness.
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority and skill of personnel.
- Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improvements in solving related problems.
- Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance to ensure adequate working conditions.
- Review, evaluate, accept, and coordinate completion of work bid from contractors.
- Inspect, test, and measure completed work to verify conformance to standards.
- Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned by the division head.
