Responsibilities

1. Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, following standard recipes.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
2. Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Build rapport with regular customers to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
3. Order Management:
• Accurately take and process orders through the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently.
4. Inventory and Stock Management:
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and restock as needed.
• Inform management of inventory shortages or equipment maintenance needs.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
5. Quality Control:
• Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and presentation, adhering to company standards.
• Taste-test beverages periodically to ensure quality and flavor consistency.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils before and after shifts.
6. Shop Maintenance:
• Keep the café area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and displays.
