Responsibilities
1. Order Delivery:
• Quickly and accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the guests’ tables.
• Ensure that orders are complete, correct, and presented properly before serving.
2. Table Maintenance:
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
• Remove used plates, utensils, and glasses from tables while ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
3. Support Waitstaff:
• Provide assistance to waitstaff during busy periods by refilling water glasses, delivering additional utensils, or addressing guest requests.
• Communicate any special guest needs or requests to the kitchen or waitstaff.
4. Food Preparation Assistance:
• Assist in plating or garnishing food orders when necessary, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Transport dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate sections of the restaurant.
5. Cleanliness and Organization:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas, such as the kitchen pass, server stations, and dining areas.
