Job Vacancy: Admin & Accounts Officer
We are looking for a skilled *Admin & Accounts Officer* to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both administrative tasks and financial responsibilities, including client communication, preparing quotations, customer service, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication, respond to inquiries, and address client needs.
- Prepare and send project quotations to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients regarding their requests.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports.
- File VAT (tax) returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and support the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both administration and accounting roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
- Familiarity with VAT filing and financial reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
