Courier Dispatchers Need To Join (locally Available)

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational management and performance of the Hub and delivery operations.
Your primary role will be to coordinate and assign deliveries to couriers according to schedules and route plans. You will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to delivery and pickup commitments. Additionally, you will supervise riders to ensure compliance with safety best practices while handling shipments. You will be the primary point of contact for receiving and answering emergency and non-emergency calls, addressing problems, suggesting solutions, and dispatching orders in an efficient and timely manner.
Must know the areas in Bahrain
Must be proficient in Hindi/Urdu and English
Must have s strong personality

Salary Range 250 to 300 BHD
