MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

• Routine equipment maintenance.
• Plant turnarounds and records maintenance.
• Participation in safety and HSE risk assessments.
• Maintains machine cleanliness and handle incoming shifts effectively.
• Ensures HSE and SWI compliance and participates in meetings.
• Documents and records maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience in Induction Furnace, Gearboxes, Motors, Pumps, Bearing Replacement, Pump Alignment and knowledge in Hydraulic Systems.
• Fabrication Skills, PLC, HMI, Electrical Knowledge, Overhead Crane Maintenance, LPG System, Pump House, Hydraulic System, PTW System & LTT.
• Minimum 8-10 years in large manufacturing process industry.
• Preferably from aluminum/steel cast house.
