A leading Developer & Property Management Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Assistant Manager Softservices.
Experience - 8 –12 yrs. minimum on the relevant
or similar position from real estate developers background only .
Job Knowledge:
- Should be master in facilitating the cleaning and housekeeping operations of high rise buildings, hotels/ residential towers.
- Should be able handle the operation team of 40 – 50 staffs, with proper schedules and assigned checklists.
- Communicate with the staffs on a regular basis, share the knowledge and train them on the required areas periodically.
- He should be professional in handling the resident and other complaints with no time.
- Should be able to estimate the staff requirements, review the performances of the staffs periodically.
- Maintaining the cleaning supplies store and stock record with in / out gate pass details. Estimate the stock requirement for the upcoming month.
- Should be able to maintain the cleaning and housekeeping standards and keep the industry higher standards as a bench mark.
- Should be able to conduct short trainings, daily briefings, judge and correct the quality of the appearance and general grooming of the staffs.
- Should be able to analyze new market trends, update it to the management for changing the present strategy within the reliable budget.
Other Requirements:
- Candidate with very cooperative, smart, pleasing approach and who believes in team work.
- Should be able to read, write & fluent in speak English. Skilled in drafting professional emails. Worked on ERP/ SAP software platforms would be an added advantage.
- GCC/ Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
