We are currently seeking a Purchasing and Warehouse Officer to join our growing team and play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods.
• Oversee inventory control and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet operational needs.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to streamline supply chain operations.
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, purchases, and expenditures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management (experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
