Assistant Mechanic, Auto Body Technician, Auto Electrician

1) Assistant Mechanic:

Job Responsibilities:
✓ Assist mechanics in Inspection of vehicles/machines for
maintenance needs.
✓ Attending to emergency breakdowns inside project or other areas.
✓ Should carry out all minor maintenance works on workshop
equipment.
✓ Assist mechanics in carrying out overhauls (Engines, clutch, G.
Box etc.).
✓ Should have feasible knowledge of lube oils.
✓ Should develop a technical know-how and should accelerate his
skills.
✓ Should assist in repairing and releasing the machine within the
minimum possible time with minimum expenses.
✓ Should be a good team player and flexible with different
situations.
✓ Should be able to write job cards/maintenance requests.
✓ A good initiator who needs minimum push and supervision.
✓ Should be ready to work at any locations as per our business
need.
✓ Should understand the need of preventive maintenance and its
implementations to reduce the breakdowns.

Technical / Functional Skills (Skills necessary to do the job successfully)
✓ Driving skills with License
✓ Basic Tech. knowledge vehicles/heavy equipment’s/spare parts

Educational Qualifications - High schooling or primary
Business Experience - Must have Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field.
Languages Known - Moderate command of written and spoken English, Arabic language is a must.

2) Auto Body Technician

Job Responsibilities:
✓ Perform body repairs and refinishing on damaged vehicles,
ensuring structural integrity and aesthetics.
✓ Assess damage to vehicles to determine necessary repairs and parts
replacements.
✓ Use tools and equipment safely to perform repairs, including hand
tools, welding, and pneumatic tools.
✓ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety
standards.
✓ Communicate with the workshop supervisor and manager
regarding repair estimates and timelines.
✓ Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
✓ Keep records of repairs and parts used.
✓ Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
✓ Perform quality control checks on completed work.
✓ Provide training to apprentices or new staff.
✓ Perform body panel replacement to restore vehicle structure and
appearance.
✓ Utilize techniques such as Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) to remove
dents without repainting.
✓ Identify and treat rust areas to prevent further corrosion before
refinishing.
✓ Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure
proper adhesion of paint.

Business Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in auto body repair.
Languages Known - Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an added value.

3) Auto Electrician

Job Responsibilities:
1. Undertake all kinds of electrical service and repair work on heavy
equipment, trucks, cars, and other machinery.
2. Inspect vehicles/machines to identify and address electrical
maintenance needs.
3. Respond to and resolve electrical emergencies within the project
or other designated areas.
4. Perform all minor maintenance work on workshop equipment.
5. Conduct electrical work on supply chain equipment.
6. Possess a basic understanding of the mechanical aspects of
equipment and vehicles.
7. Diagnose electrical faults effectively.
8. Repair and release the machine within the minimum possible time
and at minimum cost.
9. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and adaptability in various
situations.
10. Hold a diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Technical / Functional Skills (Skills necessary to do the job successfully)
✓ Driving skills with License
✓ Sound Electrical knowledge vehicles/heavy equipment’s/spare parts

Educational Qualifications - Diploma or ITI in automobile engineering.
Business Experience - Must have Minimum 5 years of working experience as an auto electrician in
automobiles and heavy equipment’s and machinery.
Languages Known - Good command of written and spoken English. Arabic language added value.
