We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our comprehensive ERP solutions within the Bahrain market. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Bahrain market.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers within target industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately forecast and track sales performance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the ERP market and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, implementation, and customer support.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the ERP or related software industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in the Bahrain market is highly preferred.
