Shift: Flexible, including weekends and holidays

About the Role:
As a Waitress at our banquet lounge, you will play an essential role in providing outstanding service during events, banquets, and functions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable dining experience while maintaining the high standards of our 4-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide them with an excellent dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery to guests.
Serve meals and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in setting up and maintaining the banquet lounge, ensuring it is always clean and organized.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure guest satisfaction during events.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service whenever possible.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive, professional attitude.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For:

Filipina candidates preferred, with previous experience in food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive and friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus, but training can be provided.
