Our reputed company is in need of 1 Invoicing clerk with the following qualifications and Job descriptions:
QUALIFICATION:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of basic accounting math
Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries.
Familiar with accounting software
Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices.
Great customer service skills to work with various clients.
Preferably with a minimum of 2yrs experience in FMCG Industry.
Education Background: College level
JOB DESCRPTION:
Ensuring that client information details are kept up to date.
Generating invoices and delivery notes to customers.
Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final Invoice.
Reporting issues or irregularities and resolving discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
Handling clients' account queries.
Maintaining accurate records of all invoices and related files.
Salary package : Basic Salary = BD180
Transport + accommodation + medical insurance
