HR Officer who will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities;
• Visa & Residency Processing: Coordinate and process all aspects of expatriate visa applications, including LMRA, SIO and Tamkeen applications.
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Employee Records, Payroll and Benefits
• HR Administration and Employee Relations - Partner with other departments to develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a hypermarket or retail environment experience, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Bahrain.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
