Position Summary:
As an ERP Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share by identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals with new and existing customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to translate complex technical information into value propositions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
Present, promote, and sell ERP solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, aligning on strategies and goals.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions to network and promote our products.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements:
Proven 3-4 years of work experience as a sales representative, ideally with a focus on ERP or related software solutions.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Knowledge of ERP systems and the software market.
Willingness to travel as required.
