Urgently Require Tender Coordinator For A Leading Group In Bahrain

Responsible for tenders dealing with all commercial and estimating activities associated with Client's tender requirements and all associated subcontract and supplier requirements from receipt of tender enquiry through to contract award and consequent handover to operations.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate of defined technical solution(s) including contingency and risk provisions in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Responsible for preparation of engineering specifications and datasheets, technical bids evaluation, and recommendation for all types of projects. (MEP)
• Studying Drawings, BOQ & Specifications issued with Tender
• Sending systems/equipment inquiries to the market for competitive quotations and making Techno-commercial Comparisons for all major items/equipment in order to take the right cost during the estimation
• Contract Negotiations, Clarifications, Addendum, Attending Pre-bid & Post-bid Clarification meetings
• Responsible for updating the Proposal database, status reports, competitors analysis, L2 chart & analysis.
• Technical Project preparation/estimation, costing
• The Ideal candidate should be well conversant with the CPWD & MES Schedule of Rates, Specifications, Analysis of Rates, Wholesale Price Indices, Escalation formula, etc.
