Reports To: Business Associate
To serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service, managing daily interactions, updating and handling data, and proficiently navigating all 3rd party apps used by our company. The role aims to contribute towards achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to address customer queries, concerns, and requests.
2. Sales & Up-selling: Actively match products and services to customer needs, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records, including personal details, transaction history, and feedback.
4. 3rd Party App Management: Navigate and operate all third-party apps that the company uses for CRM, sales tracking, and other functions.
5. Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating them when necessary.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and efficient.
7. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports highlighting performance metrics and customer feedback.
8. Commission Targets: Strive to achieve or exceed commission targets based on sales and customer retention.
9. Compliance: Ensure that all interactions comply with the company’s policies and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers and 3rd party applications.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
