Position Title: Client Service Executive
Location: Jeddah
Salary Package: 4000 - 5000 SAR

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Client Service Executives, both male and female, to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in an agency setting and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and addressing their needs and concerns.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
●Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
● Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic recommendations to meet their goals.
● Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
● Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
● Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
● Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project details.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service role within an agency setting.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
